Join NPhA and SNPhA on December 9th for Our Annual Midyear Mixer!

The National Pharmaceutical Association (NPhA) and the Student National Pharmaceutical Association (SNPhA) are excited to host our annual Midyear Mixer at The Rooftop on Basin in New Orleans, LA.

This social event is designed to provide an opportunity for student pharmacists and practicing pharmacists to connect during the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists 2024 Midyear Clinical Meeting. The evening will begin with a warm atmosphere for casual socializing, providing attendees with space to meet and forge meaningful relationships. Following this, an engaging and interactive activity tailored for participants in the NPhA | SNPhA Mentorship Program will take place.

The 2025 Regional III, IV, & V Conference is around the corner! The conference will be held February 21st - February 22nd, 2025 in Columbus, Ohio! The conference theme is “Breaking the Glass Ceiling”. This theme encapsulates the intangible barriers which prevent marginalized populations from reaching their highest potential. These obstacles are often rooted in tradition, bias, and status quo which can impact diversity and representation within various fields such as healthcare. Our vision is to shed light on these issues by identifying barriers and equip future pharmacists with the determination to prevail.

Furthermore, this theme highlights our commitment to foster a diverse and inclusive environment where all voices are heard and valued. By integrating this theme into our conference, we aim to inspire attendees to break their own barriers and contribute to a more equitable healthcare system. Our workshops will address critical topics to support diversity in the pharmacy profession.

We are so excited that the 2025 SNPhA Regions I & II Conference will be held on March 7th - 8th, 2025 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! Additional booth representatives? Additional booth representative badges are available for $150 each. This fee will be waived if the additional representative is registered as a Convention attendee. Please note that an exhibitor representative badge is not equivalent to a Convention registration. Admission to all non-exhibit functions, including continuing education sessions, requires a full Convention registration.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of exhibitor registration must be requested in writing to NPhA at 10810 N. Tatum Blvd. Ste. 102-965, Phoenix, AZ 85028, or via email to npha@npha.net, and must be received no later than July 1, 2025, at 11:59pm EDT to receive a partial refund less applicable administrative fees listed below. If you register on or after July 1, 2025, no refunds will be granted. There are no full refunds on exhibitor registration at any time. 

An amount equal to 10 percent of the exhibit booth purchase price will be considered to be the non-refundable deposit and will be retained by NPhA as an administrative fee in the event of a refund request. As an alternative to a refund, a company may apply the full amount of the payment made to the purchase of a booth at the following year's Convention.
