The registration timeline for the 2026 NPhA | SNPhA National Convention can be found below. To register for this event please click on the blue "register" box below. SNPhA members are eligible for the lowest registration rates!

Not a SNPhA member? Join today! The combined price of membership and early bird Convention registration for students is lower than the stand-alone non-member registration rate, so we strongly encourage all students to join SNPhA first before registering.

Hotel ReservationsThe 2026 Convention will take place primarily at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Convention Center located in, Rockville, Maryland, just outside Washington, DC, this region that has quietly shaped American healthcare for decades. Discounted guest rooms are available at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Convention Center , which is connected to the convention center via a covered walkway. Grab a meal or drink at the hotel's restaurant or work out in the hotel fitness center and take a swim in the indoor pool. After a productive day at the Convention, retreat to redesigned guest rooms. Book your discounted guest room under NPhA's Convention room block. Rates begin at $159/night, plus taxes and fees. The deadline to book under the block is July 8, 2026. |

AztraZeneca MSL Simulation Competition
This annual competition, in partnership with AstraZeneca's Medical Affairs team, challenges students to engage in real-world MSL scenarios, refine their communication skills, and deepen their understanding of the profession. Top finalists will present to AstraZeneca’s US Oncology Medical Affairs team at SNPhA’s 2026 National Convention July 31st - August 4th in Rockville, MD.

Refund Policy
Cancellation of participant registration must be requested in writing to NPhA at 10810 N. Tatum Blvd. Ste. 102-965, Phoenix, AZ 85028, or via email to npha@npha.net, and must be received no later than July 1, 2026, at 11:59pm EDT to receive a partial refund less the applicable administrative fee listed below. If you register on or after July 1, 2026, no refunds will be granted. There are no full refunds on registration at any time.
Registrant substitutions will be accepted with written notification from the original registrant. Only one substitution per registrant is allowed, the substitute registrant must be eligible under the registration category of the original registrant, and the request must be received no later than July 18, 2026. The substitution will be processed upon payment of the administrative fee described below.
For Student registrations, an administrative fee of $50 per registration will be assessed for all refund and substitution requests.
Please be sure to contact your hotel directly to cancel your housing reservations.
