Registration Category Descriptions

Please ensure that you register under the correct category. NPhA reserves the right to verify registrants' eligibility for certain rates and to make adjustments if necessary, up to and including invalid registrations. Please note that only those convention attendees who are fully registered for the NPhA|SNPhA Convention under a NPhA registration category are eligible to earn Continuing Pharmacy Education credits.

Pharmacist (Member or Non-Member)

Any registered pharmacist or graduate of an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.

New Practitioner (Member)

For New Practitioners within five years of graduation from an accredited pharmacy school. This rate is available only for current New Practitioner members in good standing. Eligible for this rate but not yet a member? Join now.

Life Member

A discounted registration rate available exclusively to NPhA's Life Members. 

Pharmacy Technician (Member)

Individuals registered with a state board of pharmacy as a technician, certified as a pharmacy technician or employed as a pharmacy technician or technician in training in any healthcare setting. This rate is available only for current NPhA Pharmacy Technician Members in good standing. Eligible for this rate but not yet a member? Retired Pharmacist (Member)

Any pharmacist who has retired from active practice. This rate is available only for current NPhA Retired Members. Eligible for this rate but not yet a member? Join now.

Associate Member

Current Associate Members of the association who are not pharmacists but would like to attend the convention. Includes anyone who works in the health care industry who is not a pharmacist or pharmacy technician (i.e., doctor, nurse, pharmaceutical company representative, etc.).

Non-Pharmacist (Non-Member)

Any non-member registrant who works in the health care industry but is not a pharmacist or pharmacy technician (i.e., doctor, nurse, pharmaceutical company representative, etc.).

Guest Attendee

Open to non-member guests of registered attendees (regardless of membership status) who are not healthcare professionals. A guest registration is only available as an add-on to a regular NPhA registration. Guests are not eligible to earn Continuing Pharmacy Education credits. 

One Day Registration

NPhA will offer the ability to register to attend one day of the convention. If the registration is purchased in advance, the registrant will be required to indicate, in advance of the convention start date, which day they will be in attendance. If an individual who purchased a one-day registration attends additional days of the Convention, they will be invoiced for the full on-site registration rate, without exception.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of participant registration must be requested in writing to NPhA at 10810 N. Tatum Blvd. Ste. 102-965, Phoenix, AZ 85028, or via email to npha@npha.net, and must be received no later than June 30, 2026, at 11:59pm EDT to receive a partial refund less the applicable administrative fee listed below. If you register on or after July 1, 2026, no refunds will be granted. There are no full refunds on registration at any time. 

Registrant substitutions will be accepted with written notification from the original registrant. Only one substitution per registrant is allowed, the substitute registrant must be eligible under the registration category of the original registrant, and the request must be received no later than July 17, 2025. The substitution will be processed upon payment of the administrative fee described below.

An administrative fee of $100 per registration will be assessed for all refund and substitution requests. 

Please be sure to contact your hotel directly to cancel your housing reservations.
