Not a SNPhA member? Join today! The combined price of membership and early bird Convention registration for students is lower than the stand-alone non-member registration rate, so we strongly encourage all students to join SNPhA first before registering.

Registration Category Descriptions
Please ensure that you register under the correct category. The National Pharmaceutical Association reserves the right to verify registrants' eligibility for certain rates and to make adjustments if necessary.
SNPhA Student Member
Any current Pharmacy or Pre-Pharmacy student with an active SNPhA membership.
Non-Member Student
Any current Pharmacy or Pre-Pharmacy student who is not an active SNPhA member. If you are not currently a SNPhA member, or if your membership has lapsed, then we encourage you to join or renew now before registering in order to enjoy member savings.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of participant registration must be requested in writing to NPhA at 10810 N. Tatum Blvd. Ste. 102-965, Phoenix, AZ 85028, or via email to npha@npha.net, and must be received no later than June 30, 2026, at 11:59pm EDT to receive a partial refund less the applicable administrative fee listed below. If you register on or after July 1, 2026, no refunds will be granted. There are no full refunds on registration at any time.
Registrant substitutions will be accepted with written notification from the original registrant. Only one substitution per registrant is allowed, the substitute registrant must be eligible under the registration category of the original registrant, and the request must be received no later than July 17, 2026. The substitution will be processed upon payment of the administrative fee described below.
For Student registrations, an administrative fee of $50 per registration will be assessed for all refund and substitution requests.
Please be sure to contact your hotel directly to cancel your housing reservations.
