CIC Reporting

For CIC Reporting, SNPhA has transitioned to a Google Form. The goal of the CIC Reporting Google Form is to streamline the CIC reporting experience and allow chapters to continue to earn points for the impactful events they host in their communities. Chapters are highly encouraged to review the CIC manual and resources below prior to submitting reports on the new CIC Reporting Google Form.

A gmail account for your SNPhA chapter could be helpful in quicker submissions with proof of submission report receipts.

Major Updates:

  • There will be no returned events with the new CIC Reporting Google Form. All events will only be accepted or rejected. Please be sure to follow the CIC manual and surge events guidelines closely when submitting your reports to avoid rejected reports.

  • 14 Day Rule: All reports are due within 14 days of an activity, beginning on the day after the activity date. Exceptions to this rule include activities with a predefined due date, such as Signatura, and the monthly and annual report materials, which have a specific window in which they may be completed.

  • All Summer Reports (events in June, July, and August) are due September 30th to the new CIC Reporting Google Form.

  • Events and Surge Challenges completed September 1st, 2024 - September 7th, 2024 will be exempt from the 14 day rule and due September 30th at 11:59pm local time. The 14 day rule will apply to events held on September 8th and beyond.
