All registration categories on this page require the use of a code. Only individuals who have been provided the appropriate code by NPhA should use this page to register for the 2025 Convention. If you have reached this page in error, please use our regular Convention registration page to complete your registration.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of participant registration must be requested in writing to NPhA at 10810 N. Tatum Blvd. Ste. 102-965, Phoenix, AZ 85028, or via email to npha@npha.net, and must be received no later than July 1, 2025, at 11:59pm EDT to receive a partial refund less the applicable administrative fee listed below. If you register on or after July 1, 2025, no refunds will be granted. There are no full refunds on registration at any time. 

Registrant substitutions will be accepted with written notification from the original registrant. Only one substitution per registrant is allowed, the substitute registrant must be eligible under the registration category of the original registrant, and the request must be received no later than July 18, 2025. The substitution will be processed upon payment of the administrative fee described below.

An administrative fee of $100 per registration will be assessed for all refund and substitution requests. 

Please be sure to contact your hotel directly to cancel your housing reservations.
