Resolutions reflect NPHA's official position on important issues and help guide the future actions of the Association. Use the link below to complete the required submission form. Please note that if you are submitting more than one resolution, you will have to complete the form for each individual resolution. Proposed resolutions should be in line with NPHA's mission and vision. Proposed resolutions can update an existing resolution, but should not duplicate or be similar to existing resolutions.
All Resolutions and Bylaws amendments must be submitted (accompanied by a brief narrative summary and pertinent background information) by an NPhA member to the Bylaws and Resolutions Committee 30 days before the Annual Meeting (by July 1, 2026) for presentation to the Board of Directors and subsequently to the House of Delegates at the 2026 Convention.
