2025 SNPhA Scrapbook Competition

The SNPhA Scrapbook Competition is an opportunity for all SNPhA Chapters to showcase their creativity, accomplishments, and memories from the school year, while gaining the chance for their scrapbook to be recognized at the 2025 NPhA/SNPhA National Convention in Cincinnati, OH!

The 2025 Scrapbook Competition theme is

"How has your chapter Connected for Change this past year?"

  • 1st place Certificate
  • 2nd place Certificate
  • 3rd place Certificate
  • Honorable mention 
  • Creativity Award

All award recipients will receive CIC points for the 2025-2026 SNPhA year. 


SNPhA Scrapbook Competition Submission Link 


Scrapbook submissions are due Thursday, July 31st, 2025 at 11:59 pm Local Time

Competition Guidelines

  • The scrapbook can only include events completed between June 2nd, 2025 to July 31st, 2025. 
  • Scrapbook Format: only digital versions (i.e. Canva, IG reels, TikTok videos, etc.) will be accepted. 
    • Ensure that any videos submitted are less than 1-2 minutes maximum.
    • Additional points will be awarded if the scrapbook is posted on social media. 
  • Your final scrapbook must be turned in via the submission link 

After submission, NO edits can be made to digital copies. ONLY submit this form if the final version is complete. Any attempt to edit after submission will result in immediate disqualification.

Evaluation Criteria 

All scrapbooks will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

1. Creativity

    • Engages the reader
    • Clear/visible theme
    • Innovative approach
    • Memorable

2. Incorporation of Initiatives

    • Power to End Stroke
    • Fighting Diabetes
    • Project Keepsake (CKD)
    • Remember The Ribbon (HIV/AIDS)
    • Operation Immunization
    • Legislative/Membership/Benefits/Immigration
    • Mental Health
    • Bridging the Gap

3. Presentation

    • Information was presented in an orderly fashion
    • Refinement, i.e. clear video 

4. Bonus Points

    • Shared on Social Media
