NPhA Zone 1 Black History Month Brunch, Plus Tour of "A Prescription for Change" Exhibit

Join NPhA Zone 1 in Richmond, VA for a Black History Month event on Saturday, February 8th!

The day begins with brunch at 10:30 AM (location to be determined), where you can connect with fellow attendees. Brunch costs will be on your own.

Following brunch, we’ll visit the Black History Museum and Cultural Center of Virginia for a guided tour of the exhibit entitled, "A Prescription for Change: How Black Voices Shaped Healthcare in Virginia," from 1:00 to 2:30 PM.

Curated by pharmacist Elvatrice Parker Belsches (read bio here), this powerful exhibition explores the legacy of Virginia’s Black hospitals, medical educators, physicians, pharmacists, and professional organizations.
