Each year, the NPhA | SNPhA Convention brings hundreds of pharmacy practitioners and students together from different regions, practice areas, and specialties to promote education, awareness, and opportunity within the profession of pharmacy. Pharmacists and student pharmacists gather to kick off the Convention. The Platinum Sponsor has the opportunity to deliver remarks, including sharing a brief promotional video if desired. Local dignitaries welcome NPhA and SNPhA to Los Angeles, and attendees hear from the keynote speaker.

Serve as the named sponsor for our Closing Banquet as we gather to celebrate and recognize the winners of our most distinguished awards and install new NPhA and SNPhA leaders for the 2024-25 term. Package includes:

Bridging the Gap/New Practitioner Programming Sponsor - $10,000 (1 available)

SNPhA’s annual Bridging the Gap reception celebrates pharmacy students preparing to transition into professional practice, while NPhA’s New Practitioner Network provides educational sessions focused on pharmacists in the first five years of their careers. Package includes:

• Named sponsor for our annual Bridging the Gap reception with the opportunity to address attendees,

Sponsored Reception - Pricing Varies (see prospectus for more information)

A Convention reception represents an excellent opportunity to curate an environment for connection, creation, and reinvigoration. It is a great time to visit with colleagues and friends who may identify with a group such as a college, association, state, city, or chapter of NPhA. Consider selecting a package to provide time during the Convention to share space in a meaningful way. Reception times are currently being decided, but are likely to occur Saturday, with the potential for Friday evening as well.

Sponsored Pharmacist Lunch - Pricing Varies

The Sponsored Pharmacist Lunch provides a forum to present information on your company, specific products, practice topics, and therapeutic areas by company-designated presenters. Take advantage of this opportunity to create and deliver a customized event to this key audience of up to 50 pharmacists. (Lunches can be CE or non-CE.). Contact us to request a quote based on your food/beverage and A/V specifications.

NPhA President's Reception - $7,500

Serve as the named sponsor for this networking reception, hosted by the NPhA President, that is open to all NPhA Convention registrants. Package includes:

• Recognition on reception signage and in Convention program, 
• Opportunity to make brief remarks to reception attendees, and 
• Invitation to VIP reception

SOLD VIP Reception - $7,500

Put the spotlight on your organization by supporting this gathering of national leaders and the Convention's top-line sponsors. Guests include presidents of other pharmacy organizations, NPhA and NPhA Foundation Board members, Deans of Colleges of Pharmacy, and NPhA Fellows and Past Presidents. Package includes:

SOLD Sunday Night Soirée - $7,500

The Sunday Night Soirée is an off-site social event that keeps the celebration going after the Closing Banquet. Serve as the named sponsor for this event and receive the following:

Closing Banquet Presenter - $5,000

Forrest Myers, RPh Memorial Hospitality Suite - $3,500

After a long day of attending convention activities, attendees are invited to the Forrest Myers, RPh Memorial Hospitality Suite Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening for light refreshments, beverages, and late-night networking.

Lanyards - $2,500

Al Convention registrants receive a lanyard with their badge. The sponsor's logo will be imprinted on the lanyard band, providing an incredible opportunity for brand exposure.  

Mobile App Alerts - $295/alert
