We will have a special guest joining us for the second half of our meeting: Dr. Nicole Avant, Founder and Owner of Avant Consulting Group.
Her team of academics, healthcare professionals, sociologists, and historians assist organizations in building diverse and inclusive workplaces.
Previously, Dr. Avant served as the clinical assistant professor and chief diversity officer for the University of Cincinnati College of Pharmacy where she was hired as the first Black woman faculty member and the only Black faculty member at the 4th oldest college of pharmacy in the nation.
